What is Netkoin?
Netkoin is a mobile application which enables you to earn the cryptocurrency NTK by completing microtasks including Downloading and playing games, participating surveys, and watching video ads.
How do I withdraw the NTK Cryptocurrency?
Withdrawing your cryptocurrency rewards is simple, just click claim in your rewards wallet and you will receive the crypto you have earned in your Ethereum wallet.
How do I earn the NTK cryptocurrency?
To earn NTK simply tap on one of our partners listed on the earn tab. When you have tapped on a partner, you will see a list of all the tasks offered. Click on a task to view the instructions and steps required to complete the task and Earn NTK.
When there is a new version available, how will I download it?
Updates and the latest version of the beta application will be available through the Google Play store.
What coins/tokens does Netkoin currently support?
The wallet currently supports Ethereum (ETH), Netkoin (NTK) and a handful of other ERC20 tokens. Support for additional ERC20 tokens will be updated regularly.
Creating a wallet
When creating a wallet, you will be required to enter a password which will be used to encrypt your keystore file. You will then be asked to save your keystore file. Both the keystore file and associated password are required to gain access to your wallet and funds. Keep them saved in a safe place.
Importing a wallet
To import a wallet, insert the keystore file associated with the wallet and then enter the password which was used to encrypt the keystore file. You will then be automatically logged into the application.
To view transactions, navigate to the coin/token you would like to view in the wallet section of the mobile app. Once you have selected the coin/token’s wallet transactions associated with that coin will be loaded. To view more information regarding a specific transaction tap on the transaction.
Receiving ETH and ERC20 Tokens.
To receive ETH and ERC20 tokens, select the token’s wallet from the wallet section and tap the “Receive” button. The wallet address and QR code associated with the wallet will be presented.
Sending ETH and ERC20 Tokens
To send ETH and ERC20 tokens select the token’s wallet from the wallet section and tap the “Send” button.
Advanced Gas Settings
The default gas settings for transactions are a gas price of 65 GWEI and gas limit of 100000. You can edit these parameters before sending a transaction on the confirm screen by taping on the filter’s icon on the top right of the screen.
Pending transactions are transactions which have been broadcasted to the Ethereum network but are yet to receive at least 1 confirmation.
Confirmed (Transfer NTK, LIQUID) transactions
A transaction is recognised as confirmed once it has received at least 1 confirmation.
Track transaction progress
To track the status and progress of a transaction tap on the transaction and you will be directed to etherscan.
When logged into the application, you can back up your wallet and get access to your keystore file in the settings section.
Can I still access my wallet if I have lost the password used to encrypt the keystore file.
No. You need the original password which was used to encrypt your keystore file. If you do not have the password, you cannot gain access to your wallet and funds.

No. You must have the keystore file to access your wallet. If you do not have the keystore file and the associated password, you cannot gain access to your wallet and funds.
I completed a task but the NTK I received was not as advertised. Why?
The NTK cryptocurrency reward displayed on each task is an estimate of the amount of NTK you will receive for completing a task. The reward is determined when you complete a task and it may change due to fluctuations in the price of NTK.
I completed a task but did not earn NTK. Why?
The task available in the app are provided by third-party companies. Therefore, we rely on them to verify the completion of a task, therefore we may not be able to know the reason for the task’s failure.
The most common reasons for a failed task include:
- You had the app previously installed before you started the task
- You are using a VPN
- The task has expired
- You may have violated the terms of the third-party application
I can’t see any tasks in the app. Why?
There may be no tasks relevant to you or your country at the point in time. Keep checking app frequently as new tasks may be added in the future.
